BOOKING APPOINTMENT

When booking your appointment at Waves Studio Salon, we kindly ask for your first and last name, as well as a mobile number. This information is used to send you confirmation and reminder texts, and to process a deposit if required. 

 

As a small local business with limited appointments available, we implement a deposit-based booking system to ensure fairness and to secure your spot with us. A deposit is necessary to confirm your booking. This deposit will be added to your bill and held as credit towards your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours notice to receive a full refund of your deposit. However, if you cancel or reschedule with late notice, the deposit will be forfeited as a no-show fee.

 

Deposit fees are as follows:


- $50 for Any  service


- 50% of the cost of hair extensions for any hair extension services

 

You can pay the deposit online with a credit card through our mobile text service, or with a credit card or cash at the salon. The deposit is held as credit towards your booking.

CONFIRMING APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING 

At Waves Studio Salon, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service. We kindly ask for at least 72 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so we can accommodate other clients. Please call us promptly if you are unable to attend.

 

To ensure your appointment is confirmed, our booking system will send you a text message 3 days prior and a reminder 24 hours before your appointment. Please click the link in the confirmation text to confirm your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule after confirming, please call or message the salon.

 

If we are unable to reach you to confirm your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel it and offer the slot to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows impact us significantly and inconvenience other clients.

 

For your convenience, Waves Studio Salon offers voicemail services outside salon hours. You can call anytime or send us a message. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
